Adina works as the Finance Manager for Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, where she manages its financialoperations, including overseeing the AP/AR processes, reconciliations, financial reporting and more. Since mid-2020, Adina has done a lot of volunteer work to advocate for and support those with Long Covid. She unabashedly loves stories, whether told in words, visual arts, music, or data. Adina is interested in public transit, design, the walkability of cities, public health, urban nature, and Hebrew in the Jewish Diaspora.In the past, Adina served as Office Manager of The City Congregation (2019-2023), 1st grade Judaic Studies teacher at SAR (2018-2019), and Assistant Director of the Skirball Center for Adult Jewish Learning at Temple Emanu-El (2005–2008), among other roles. Her freelance writing, editing, and translating work (2006–2023) focus on the non-profit education sector. Adina has a BA in History and Women's Studies from Harvard (2003) and two masters degrees from NYU (MPA and MA, 2016), as well as two summers and three years of non-degree-oriented yeshiva studies in New York and Jerusalem (1997–2010). Adina grew up in Brookline, MA, but made New York City her home in 2003.
