Shalhevet Schwartz is a junior at SAR High School in Riverdale, NY. As a six-week-old, she got several shout-outs from her mother at the first conference of Orthodoxy and Feminism in 1997, which gave her no option but to get involved in JOFA. She is currently co-chairing the High School track of this year’s confer- ence. Shalhevet enjoys learning Talmud, watching The West Wing, and wearing mismatched socks.
